Pricing and Packages

We offer two different packages of photo slideshows, Standard and Deluxe. The price varies depending on the number of photos. There are also extras that can be added for an additional charge which can make your photo slideshow even more memorable.

We also offer a shorter Deluxe version which is the length of one song and can be used for baby announcements, engagements, holidays or end of the year family updates.

Payments

Clients will receive an invoice that they can pay with any major credit or debit card from the secure payment link provided by Square, Inc. We also accept personal checks.

50% payment is due before work can begin with the remainder due before the final product is received.

Standard Package

  • High quality photo scanning of your photos and artifacts (e.g., certificates, announcements, invitations, etc.)
  • Basic photo enhancement including cropping and red-eye removal
  • 1 static image per slide; there are no motion effects (e.g., rotation, panning and zooming)
  • Up to 3 slide transitions
  • Custom opening & closing titles; no other captions are used
  • 1 solid color background on all slides (black background is standard)
  • Your choice of music (normally $1.29 + tax) unless provided
  • A one time preview service
  • 1 copy on DVD with CD/DVD jewel case or downloadable high definition movie file

Deluxe Package

  • High quality photo scanning of your photos and artifacts (e.g., certificates, announcements, invitations, etc.)
  • Photo Enhancement (e.g., cropping, red-eye removal, color correction, removal of minor imperfections)
  • More extensive photo retouching such as fixing imperfections, and more severe photo damage available at an additional charge
  • Custom motion effects (e.g., rotation, panning and zooming) and photo layering 1 or more images per slide for stylized effects
  • Unlimited custom transitions
  • Custom special effects (e.g., masking, gradients, drop shadows, etc.)
  • Custom opening & closing titles
  • Titles, photo captions, personal messages, poetry or quotes (5-10 depending on number of photos); more available at additional cost
  • Custom backgrounds
  • Synchronizing photos to music
  • Your choice of music (normally $1.29 + tax) unless provided
  • A one time preview service
  • 2 copies on DVD with custom designed DVD, DVD case and menu or downloadable high definition movie file

Announcement/Holiday Package

A shorter version of the deluxe package, with motion effects, custom backgrounds, opening & closing titles, and up to 5 captions included. Photo slideshows are approximately 3-4 minutes with up to 30 photos included and are normally used for baby announcements, invitations, engagement announcement, holidays, end of the year family updates and more.

This package starts at $100 and the final photo slideshow is delivered as a digital file, normally a YouTube link, that you can email to family and friends.

Sending us your photos and artifacts

Photos and artifacts should be carefully packaged, labeled and placed in the order you would like them shown. Be careful not to damage your photos by writing on them or using an ink that could bleed through if you write on the back. You can use a sticky note or light pencil on the back for numbering or labeling purposes.

Digital photos or scans should be named to indicate their order and sent at the highest possible resolution. A lower resolution image will not look as clear on screen, however we will include any image you want but remember the higher quality the image the better your final product will look.

If you would like a caption added to your photo, you can indicate it on the back or reference the labeled photo in an email so we know exactly which one to use.

Music

Music is an important part of your photo slideshow. It helps to set  the mood and tempo for your images and videos. We can purchase songs for you or you can provide your own. However, we only obtain music legally and expect our clients to do the same. If we buy songs for your slideshow you will only be charged the price of the songs (normally $1.29+tax) and the songs will be deleted from our servers once your job is completed.

Your completed slideshow is personal use only, legally you will not be allowed to charge a fee to view it or use any of the songs for any other use.

Standard vs Deluxe Packages

Announcement/Holiday Package

The Announcement/Holiday Package is a shorter version of the Deluxe Package, it is the lengthof  one song and includes up to 30 photos. For an additional fee more photos can be added. Below is an example of an Engagement slideshow that was recently completed.

Photo effects can at depth, focus and overall visual interest to make your photo slideshow a show-stopper.

Photo Captions

Photo captions can be used to identify a person, a place or a special moment in time. Bring attention to your first car,  first date, a special pet or anything you think deserves to be emphasized.

Adding videos to your photo slideshow can bring your memories to life and when mixed with pictures can be visually appealing. They can help relive special moments in time.

Photo Enhancements and Restoration Sample

Below is a wedding photo that was water damaged and stuck to its frame causing it to rip. We pieced the image back together, repaired the damaged area and added some color correction to give the 30 year-old photo new life. Click on the image to see larger.
